PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm an optimum condition for preventing the occurrence of short circuit between an outer cylinder 8, made of a metal and an electrode taking-out fitment 14 by a test, when a ceramic heat generating body 6, the outer cylinder 8 made of a metal, and the electrode taking-out fitment are brazed. SOLUTION: A mounting hole 6b is formed in the end face of a ceramic heat-generating body 6 and one end 14b of an electrode removal fitting 14 is inserted in the mounting hole, and the ceramic heat generating body is contained in an outer cylinder 8 made of a metal. Brazing material wire 22 is wound into a coil-form state and inserted into an annular space between the outer cylinder made of a metal and the electrode removal fitment. When the brazing is heated in hydrogen to 900 deg.C, the brazing material wire is melted and flows into a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the ceramic heat-generating body and the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder made of a metal and a gap between the mounting hole of the ceramic heat-generating body and the outer surface of the electrode removal fitment. Provide the inside diameter of the outer cylinder made of a metal is X and the outside diameter of the electrode taking-out is Y, when the relation X-Y>=1.5 mm is satisfied, the brazing material wire 22 will not remain on the ceramic heat generating substance 6 and short circuiting is prevented from occurring between the outer cylinder made of a metal and the electrode removal fitting.
