PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester so designed that release of waste straw following chopping after threshed and release of waste straw following no chopping after threshed are easily performed even if a waste straw cutter is under operation. SOLUTION: This combine harvester equipped with a waste straw cutter 73 enabling waste straw after threshed in a threshing unit 5 to be discharged out of the machine body after chopping the waste straw has such a scheme that the waste straw cutter 73 is constructed by radially setting a plurality of rotary blades 732 on a rotating shaft 731, each of the rotary blades 732 is provided with a cutting site and a non-cutting site, and option whether either of the sites is subjected to waste straw is made selectively switchable; one side rim of the rotary blade 732 is served as a cutting part 732a, while the other side rim as a non-cutting part 732b, and furthermore the rotary blades 732 are set up turnably about a rotary blade set-up shaft 733 projectedly set on the rotating shaft 731.
