PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaping unit for a combine harvester intended to realize the reaping work for grain culms near levees, simplify the moving mechanism for dividers, improve the easiness of relevant work and operation, and reduce relevant cost. SOLUTION: This reaping unit for a combine harvester has dividers 11 plurally collocated left and right and situated in the forefront, a raiser 12 behind the dividers 11, and cutting blades 14; wherein each of the dividers 11 is designed to be movable, about a back-and-forth reversing shaft 34, between such a dividing action position that the tip 22 of the divider 11 is located below and the dividing face 23 above and such a reverse position at a specified height that the dividing face 23 is located below and the tip 22 above, and the reversing shaft 34 is provided with a rotation-operative means 51 functioning to make a rotation by manual operation.
