PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording head having enhanced durability and reliability in which cost can be reduced by simplifying the structure, its manufacturing method and an ink jet recorder. SOLUTION: The ink jet recording head comprises a channel forming substrate 10 composed of single crystal silicon where pressure generating chambers 12 communicating with respective nozzle openings are defined, and piezoelectric elements 300 provided on one face side of the channel forming substrate and generating a pressure variation in the pressure generating chambers 12 wherein stripping due to ink is prevented by composing at least the inner face of the pressure generating chamber 12 on the piezoelectric element 300 side and the inner face on the opposite side of single crystal silicon composing the channel forming substrate 10.
