PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spice powder packed in a bag, sufficiently exhibiting the characteristic hot taste and flavor of the spice after the storage for a long period and enabling sure mixing of the powder with water even at the corner of the bag, a method for producing a spice using the spice powder and a bag for holding the spice powder. SOLUTION: The bag 10 is made of a soft synthetic resin and has an openable lid 11 attached to one side. Powdery spice (e.g. Japanese horseradish powder) 14A is put into the bag 10 from the other side of the bag 10. The corners 13 of the other side of the bag 10 are heat-welded to form blunt angles. |
