PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective member for a concrete product which can prevent corrosion of the surface of the concrete product and a fracture thereof and enables simple and easy preparation of the concrete product having a frame member for reinforcement inside. SOLUTION: This protective member has a cover member 10 which is so provided as to cover the surface of the concrete product so as to protect the surface of the concrete product from wind and rain, a snow melting agent or others and the frame member 20 which is provided inside the concrete product so as to supplement the strength.
