PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain device capable of cleaning and draining a liquid. SOLUTION: A septic apparatus 100 is equipped with three pipes, that is, an inner pipe 10, a middle stage pipe 20 and an outer pipe 30, and the space between the inner pipe 10 and the middle stage pipe 20 is filled with a filter medium 23 for filtering and cleaning a liquid. One end 80 of the septic apparatus 100 is closed by a cured material 48 so as to prevent the liquid from flowing in the space between the inner pipe 10 and the outer pipe 30 while the other end 90 thereof is closed by a cured material 49 so as to prevent the liquid from flowing out. Since the other end of the inner pipe 10 is closed by the cured material 49, the liquid entering the inner pipe 10 from the upstream side passes through passing holes 11 to pass through the filter cloth 22 wound around the inner pipe 10 and the filter medium 23 charged in the gap between the inner pipe 10 and the middle stage pipe 20, and impurities or scum are filtered. The filtered and cleaned liquid passes through the passing holes 21 of the middle stage pipe 20 to be discharged in the outer pipe 30.
