When the moving pieces 15a and 15b of the starting electric generator 15 are opened into a spread state by a solenoid 16, a winning ball directly entering the second ball passage of the starting electric generator 15 without passing through the passing port 14 is detected by an electric generator prize winning switch 98 provided at a merging section, and it is processed as the winning ball other than a start winning ball.
