PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a legless chair in which the angles of a back rest and also a seat part can be adjusted freely. SOLUTION: This legless chair comprises a seat part 2 to be placed on a floor face 8 and a back rest 4 which is turnably connected to the seat part 2 via a pivotally mounting part 6, and the adjusting means 9 and 9a for adjusting the angle between the seat part 2 and the floor face 8 are provided on the seat part.
