PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a great force is required to move a stationary, heavy load at the beginning and that it is inconvenient to use because of heavy initial motion at the time of pulling out and lowering a storing part to a drawing position, and to make storing equipment handy by ensuring its safety. SOLUTION: The supporting unit for lifting and lowering a storage part is provided with a supporting means, which is mounted to a base for attachment to lift and lower a storing part as a support for rotation, and a damper, which restrains the velocity of the storing part.
