The invention relates to a spectacle side which is directly linked to the lens rings of a spectacle frame or in the case of frameless spectacles, directly linked to a spectacle lens, and which hold a pair of spectacles on the head of a spectacle wearer. The spectacle side comprises a longitudinally extended spectacle side body which extends from the temple area to the respective ear. The invention is characterised in that the longitudinally extended spectacle side body has an elastic material on the side facing towards the head of the spectacle wearer, at least over part of its extension, this elastic material lying flat against the head of the spectacle wearer and homogenising the contact pressure exerted by the spectacle side on the head. |
