PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the waste of sheet members, to tightly fit the sheet members on a cutter table, and to optimize a size of the combination capable of being cut out. SOLUTION: This device 10 for cutting out and joining a piece 16 in the combination 14 of the members 13, has a cutter tool 56 for cutting out the piece 16, a camera 30 for detecting and analyzing a joint point on each piece 16 necessary for joining the piece to another piece 16, and a computer 66. The computer 66 includes the command for optimizing a processing for joining various pieces in the combination 14, increases an efficiently utilizable area of the cutter table, and increases the utilizing efficiency of the members 13 in the combination 14. The computer 66 has the instruction command of the camera 30, and is located within a range of a tool offset 60 to process the joint point defined as a distance between the cutter tool 56 and the camera 30, before the combination 14 is advanced to a taking-over end 42 of the cutter table 24. |
