PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save city water in a drying (dehumidifying) operation. SOLUTION: Water except city water is supplied (S5) to a dehumidifier as the water for dehumidifying by a water supply pump in a device equipped with a water-cooled dehumidifier for drying, and thereby a drying (dehumidifying) operation is performed by the water except city water such as bathwater so as to avoid the use of city water.
