PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the inexpensive pull-in tool of a cushion with a simple structure and having improved working efficiency, and the support structure of the cushion using the pull-in tool. SOLUTION: An insertion piece 30 of a pull-in 20 is inserted form the rear of the cushion 14 to the front, and a press means 16 is passed through a through hole 28 of the insertion piece 30 appearing form the front of the cushion 14, thus pinching the cushion 14 from the front and rear by the press means 16 and a collar piece 26. Also, a locking piece 38 of a connection tool 22 is passed from the rear of a support plate 12 for supporting the cushion 14 for elastic locking to a locking hole 24 of the collar piece 26 of the pull-in tool 20.
