<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the oxygen dissolution efficiency while suppressing the occurrence of turbulent flow and to deal with the variation in the depth of a treating tank. SOLUTION: An inner tube 20 is installed underneath the axial flow impeller 17 in the inside of a tube 9 to form a channel 28 between the inner tube 20 and the tube 9. The tube 9 comprises a suction casing, a flow-straightening casing, a diffusion casing, an adjustment casing, and a discharge casing, and the inner tube 20 comprises a flow-straightening inner tube, a diffusion inner tube, an adjustment inner tube, and a discharge inner tube. Guide plates are installed between the flow-straightening casing and the flow-straightening inner tube, between the diffusion casing and the diffusion inner tube, and between the adjustment casing and the adjustment inner tube, and a diffusion ring 30 is installed between the diffusion casing and the diffusion inner tube so as to enable air to be supplied to the diffusion ring 30. The guide plates suppress turbulent flow, enhancing the oxygen dissolution efficiency. By changing the lengths of the flow-straightening and adjustment sections, the variation in the depth of a treating tank can be easily dealt with.</p> |
