PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep fire extinguishing function by appropriately controlling opening and closing of a control valve even when a fire receiving panel for transferring a fire signal in a protecting section has come down and its function has been lost. SOLUTION: In a sprinkler fire-extinguishing installation provided with a control valve 18 which is controlled under open condition at ordinary time, condition of the fire receing panel 1 is judged by detecting a signal of the terminal end of a detector circuit 3 by means of a monitor circuit 24 of a sprinkler control panel 5 and when the fire receiving panel 1 is normal, the control valve 7 is controlled to be closed by means of an open/close judging circuit 21 when a water flow detecting signal is obtained and then, when a fire signal is obtained, the control valve 7 is controlled to be opened and when the fire receiving panel 1 is abnormal, even if the water flow detecting signal is obtained, the control valve 7 is kept under open condition.
