PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsative breast pump which can realize such a pressure change that allows the pump to be used reasonably by making the pressure change in pulsation smaller. SOLUTION: This pulsative breast pump 10 provided with a negative pressure forming space in which a negative pressure is formed by means of an evacuating means in a state where the opening of a hood is closed is also provided with a small room 31 between the negative pressure forming space and an external space, a small room opening/closing means 32 which opens and closes the external space and room 31, and an internal opening/closing means which opens and closes the room 31 and negative pressure forming space. In addition, the pump 10 is also provided with a negative pressure adjusting means 25 which guides the air in the room 31 to the negative pressure forming space when the negative pressure in the space becomes a fixed value or higher after the evacuating means continuously evacuates the space.
