PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoking utensil having solved such problems that during smoking a cigarette, cigarette ash drops, and after smoking, the resultant cigarette butt may be tossed around, and a smoking is impossible outdoors when it is raining since a cigarette gets wet due to rainwater; in particular, tossing a cigarette butt around when the cigarette is imperfectly put out makes the greatest cause of a fire. SOLUTION: This smoking utensil has such a construction as to be fitted with a double-structured cap with the outer periphery provided with air inflow ports in such a condition that a cigarette is inserted into a pipe, thereby acting as a portable ashtray and affording an extinguishing mechanism, thus dealing with rainwater.
