PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate the attaching and detaching of a cartridge and a switching device and to unnecessitate a periodic exchange of the cartridge. SOLUTION: This shower head device is provided with a reaction vessel part 3, in which a filtration membrane 5 or a holding member is disposed respectively on the upstream side and the downstream side of a passage 8 in the reaction vessel part 3 and an opening part 6 which communicates with the outside near the middle of the passage 8, and an switching member 7 which switches the communication with the outside from the opening part 6. In the shower head device 1 having such a structure, it is made possible to open and close the opening part 6 simply and charge a reaction member 4 into the reaction vessel part 3 through the opening part 6 easily. When the reaction vessel part 3 is made of transparent material, the reaction member 4 for water purification in the passage 8 is made visible from the outside. Furthermore, it is made possible to inform the time to exchange and charge the reaction member 4 by a change of the hue due to the washed away of a coloring agent or the decoloration before the total power of reaction of the reaction member 4 is lowered below the prescribed level. |
