PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the level of transmission loss of the rotation power from the inlet shaft side than the conventional one. SOLUTION: The side edge faces 43a, 43b of the acting piece 43 on the inlet side of the input shaft 40 arranged so that it may be positioned between the inside faces of individual hook parts 31, 32 formed by the coil spring in the casing, are formed so that they may press the inner sites than the bent sites in the hooks 31, 32. In addition, outward projecting collars 56, 57 are provided to the acting piece on the outlet side of the output shaft 50 whereby the contact positions of the coil spring 30 to the hooked parts 31, 32 become almost same, the deformation of the hooked parts 31, 32 can be inhibited and the transmission loss can be reduced. |
