PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press apparatus for vinegared rice rolled in laver capable of compressing and forming vinegared rice rolled in laver into a quadratic prism shape with each approximately rectangular corner. SOLUTION: Side plates 1b and 1c are stood at both right and left sides of a baseplate 1a for placing vinegared rice rolled in laver (a) before forming. A stand 1 for placing vinegared rice rolled in laver, having both opened front and rear ends, is installed at a lower part, a front plate 3b provided with at least the approximately same vertical width as those of the side plates 1b and 1c is vertically installed at the front edge of a top plate 3a, a rear plate 3c provided with a vertical width capable of closing an opening part at the rear end of the placing stand 1 when the front plate 3b stands by above the placing stand 1 is vertically installed at the rear edge of the top plate 3a and a thrusting member 3 having both opened right and left ends is installed at an upper part. The placing stand 1 is manually movable in the longitudinal direction. When the placing stand 1 placing the vinegared rice rolled in laver (a) is pushed to a fixed rear position, the thrusting member 3 is dropped by its own weight and the treating member 3 is geared with the placing stand 1. |
