PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the length of a rotating shaft in a motor of an electric reel in which the rotation of the rotating shaft in the line delivering direction is prohibited. SOLUTION: This motor 4 of the electric reel is mounted on a reel body 2 of the electric reel and is used for rotating and driving a spool 3 in the line winding direction and provided with a motor body 31, a cap member 32 and a one-way clutch 33. The motor body 31 has its rotating shaft 30 protruded from both ends and opens the base end. The cap member 32 is a member having a through-hole 32a in the center and fixed to the base end of the motor body 31 in order to close the opening of the motor body 31 and has one end of the rotating shaft 30 protruded from the base end of the motor body 31 and arranged in the through-hole 32a. The one-way clutch 33 is a clutch arranged between the cap member 32 and the rotating shaft 30, permitting the rotation of the rotating shaft 30 in the line winding direction and prohibiting the rotation thereof in the line delivering direction. |
