PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a roller at a low cost by simply automating manufacturing steps by eliminating a cleaning step of a mold depending upon a hand and difficult to be automated and reducing a number of the molds. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the roller comprises the steps of integrating a mandrel holding member with an insertion maintaining unit, internally inserting a resin closing valve into the holding member, touching an injecting nozzle to the valve, injecting the resin, leaking the resin from a leakage resin passing hole at a heat curing time, adhering the leaked resin to the valve to cure the resin. Thus, when the valve is discharged, the leaked resin is automatically discharged. |
