PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable film having excellent packing mechanical properties, capable of tightly packing an article to be packed easy to collapse especially by the shrinkage stress of a packing film while holding the same to the same shape as that before packing and especially excellent in the restoration properties of deformation such as push-in deformation, the deformation of content or the like. SOLUTION: The shrinkage factor at 80 deg.C, maximum heat shrinkage stress within a temperature range of 40-160 deg.C, tensile elastic modulus or the like of the heat-shrinkable film comprising an ethylenic polymer resin are specified.
