PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed seasoning consisting mainly pf Chinese rice wine and excellent in cooking effect, in which the cooking effect of Chinese rice wine is enhanced and improved. SOLUTION: This Chinese rice wine-processed seasoning consists mainly of Chinese rice wine and is obtained by mixing the Chinese rice wine with an organic acid source, wherein the concentration of acetic acid in the thus obtained seasoning is 200-5,000 μg/ml. |
