<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam processing machine capable of conducting laser beam process at plural parts on a work simultaneously without bringing a large-sized, complicated and high-cost device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a laser beam oscillator 1 which generates a light beam B1, a beam splitter 5 which divides the light beam B1 generated from the laser beam oscillator 1, irradiates one light beam on a work 3 and passes through the other light beam, and a total reflection mirror 6 which irradiates the light beam passed through the beam splitter 5 on the work 3. A plurality of parts on the work 3 can be conducted for laser process by the light beam B1 generated from one laser beam oscillator 1. It is not required to provided the laser beam oscillator 1 which corresponds to the number of parts conducted by laser beam process on the work 3.</p> |
