PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with material variation or thickness of a work-piece and obtain an accurate focal length to the work-piece from a laser light irradiation nozzle and enable of focusing the focal length automatically at the same time. SOLUTION: A Y-axis direction arm 4 is arranged on a table 1 and a X-axis direction arm 5 is arranged movable to X-axis direction on the Y-axis direction arm, a machining head 10 is arranged to be capable of irradiating a laser light and movable to X-axis direction on the X-axis direction arm 5, and a work stand 7 or the machining head 10 is arranged to be movable to a Z-axis direction.
