PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a thin cutter which is economical and can easily be used. SOLUTION: In the thin cutter with double edges, a groove for breaking the edges is carved in V, U, circular, shapes or the like, when viewed from the root of the thin cutter so that the edge tip forms an acute angle after breaking by the groove in a V shape which does not penetrate the thin cutter, and one or a plurality of grooves in V, U, or circular shape penetrating the thin cutter are mounted to the groove that does not penetrate the cutter knife.
