PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the supporting strength of an axis by enlarging the protruding height of a cylindrical part without causing any break in a burring process in formation, by burring, of the cylindrical part in which the axis is movably fitted into a member made of a metallic plate. SOLUTION: An elongate hole 12 is lengthened considerably more than the moving stroke L of the axis 13. In the portion of the cylindrical part 38 at both ends of the elongate hole 12, the protruding dimensions are lessened, but are enlarged in the moving area of the axis 13. Since the protruding dimension of the cylindrical part 38 is lessened at both ends of the elongate hole 12, there is no likelihood of breaking the cylindrical part 38 in the burring process. The stroke control for the axis 13 is performed at a region except the elongate hole 13 or by thickening the left and right ends of a bush 22.
