PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a hand drier, including a difference in drying time between the palms and backs of the hands due to a difference in the manner of adhesion of waterdrops. SOLUTION: The hand drier is furnished with an electrical blower 1 arranged in the body 2 forming the shell and blowing airstreams, a drying chamber 4 drying the hands inserted from the opening at the top face of the body 2, spouts 5 jetting airstreams blown from the electrical blower 1 and an air chamber 21 communicatively connecting the blowing side of the electrical blower 1 and the spouts 5, and one of the spouts 5 provides lamellar jets and the other provides spot jets, reducing drying time.
