PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a batter-like dough-baked food, causing no rough-surfaced baking unevennesses near the center on the contact surface of dough with a baking plate even if the dough is not aged, and thus giving the final product uniform neat baked color as a whole, and to provide a depositor die for batter-like dough to be used in performing the above method. SOLUTION: This batter-like dough-baked food (10) is obtained by the following process: a depositor die (5) with an issue hole (6) provided annularly is set detachably on the feed port of a batter-like dough feeder, and the batter-like dough (1) is fed via the feed port toward the surface of a baking plate (2), in a singly annular manner in a plurally striated fashion around the center of the product to be formed, while avoiding the vicinity (S) of the center, and then baked.
