PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative stuffing apparatus for a food material and a stuffing line therefor each seldom causing the breaking damage to the food material when it is stuffed, easy to make a sanitation of the food material and high in productivity as well. SOLUTION: The stuffing line has such a scheme that a constant pressure function is afforded between a meat feed pump and the stuffing apparatus so as to keep the pressure inside a tube constant and food material release time is controlled.
