The invention relates to a device for preparing the qualitative and quantitative analysis of substance spots on a ductile thin-film plate (1) using thin-film chromatography. The device has a rinsing head (2) which can be placed on the thin-film plate (1), the latter being coated with the dried sorbent (4) and which is provided with a projecting, closed ring cutter (3) by which means the sorbent (4) can penetrate as far as the top surface of the thin-film plate (1) and be sealed against the surrounding sorbent. At least one supply line to the cavity (5) formed inside the ring cutter (3) is connected to the rinsing head (2). An elution liquid for eluting the substance making up the substance stain can be introduced through said cavity. |
