This invention relates to an accessory (10) for resetting a trip switch (12). The accessory (10) includes sensing means for sensing whether the switch (12) is in a closed or an open condition, and hence whether a load is, in use, connected to or disconnected from a power source. The accessory (10) also includes actuating means responsive to the sensing means and operable selectively to actuate the switch (12) from the open condition into the closed condition, when the switch is in the open condition, thereby to permit reconnection of the load to the power source. The invention extends to an electrical distribution board and to a method of resetting a switch (12). |
