摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform quick and accurate measurement by confirming a measurement condition with a detecting means. SOLUTION: When a measurement start signal from an operating switch 42 is inputted into a system control part, the system control part outputs a measurement condition detection start signal to each of measurement condition detecting means. The measurement condition detecting means, on receiving the signals, first detect measurement conditions at the input of the measurement start signal. Concretely, a focus position detecting means, a fixation target position detecting means, a vertical movement detecting means and a lateral/longitudinal movement detecting means, a rotator position detecting means, and light quantity detecting means for a measuring light source and a tracking light source respectively detect a focus position, a fixation target position, stage part movements, an image rotator position, and a quantity of light irradiated to an examinee. The detected conditions are stored in a storing means in a signal processing part as measurement conditions at a measurement start. The system control part detects such a measurement condition with each detecting means sequentially, for example, every several milliseconds, until the measurement later finishes, and compares each detected result with the measurement-start condition stored in the storing means, so that a result of the comparison having a large difference determines a change in the condition.
