PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new micro machine and a new micro machine system capable of a smooth peristaltic movement with high degree of freedom by a simple driving mechanism. SOLUTION: This micro machine is composed of an elastic tube 10 with sealed-in magnetic fluid 13, and moved by the peristaltic movement of the elastic tube 10 producing the retracting wave in accordance with the shifting magnetic field.
