PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration controlling device and a driving method thereof which enables generating a relatively large displacement. SOLUTION: By arranging a piezoactuator 2 and first and second liquid lever mechanisms 4, 8 in series, output displacement of the piezoactuator 2 is applied to a driving plate 7 of the first liquid lever mechanism 4 and is enlarged and taken out via a coupler 5 and, further, the taken-out displacement is applied to a driving plate 11 of the second liquid lever mechanism 8 and is enlarged and taken out via an actuator 9. Thereby, the vibration control with a large output displacement can be performed. |
