PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefin resin sheet having a surface difficult in damage and excellent oil resistance and suitable as a desk mat or a table mat. SOLUTION: The olefin resin sheet comprises a polyamide resin layer laminated on at least one side surface of a base sheet of an olefin resin obtained by adding a multiple copolymer of an ionomer resin of 5 to 20 pts.wt. to an ethylene copolymer of 100 pts.wt. or (and) an ethylene acrylic ester and/or methacrylic ester carboxylic anhydride having an unsaturated bond so that as the resin layer, a polyamide resin layer made of a 6-nylon/6,6-nylon copolymer or (and) a polyamide thermoplastic elastomer is used.
