PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant culturing device capable of supplying a desired amount of water to a plant culturing part, cooling a plant culturing part, preventing root-rotting of plants and confirming the amount of cooling water in a water pool. SOLUTION: The plant culturing device 1 comprises a plant culturing part 2 where plants are cultured, a water pool 3 placed under the plant culturing part 2 and storing water, a water-supplying part 4 which is placed in such a state as to extrude from the outer peripheral surface of the water pool 3, and through which cooling water is supplied to the water pool 3, and a vent hole 5 placed on the upper part of the water pool 3. The cooling water in the water pool 3 is evaporated with increasing air temperature, and this cools the plant culturing part 2. The evaporation of the cooling water is made active through the vent hole 5. The amount of the cooling water in the water pool can be confirmed by visually observing the height of the water surface in the water-supplying part 4.
