PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality especially at a deep part in an organism while restricting generation of higher harmonies in an ultrasonograph. SOLUTION: A specified code sequence is represented by plural frequency numbers to an array vibrator, and coding transmission signals in which waveforms are connected to each other between codes are supplied. To received signals from a transceiver, cross correlation operation is performed using reference signals for representing waveforms of the coding transmission signals.
