PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermotherapeutic apparatus enabling the reuse of a sensor device, i.e., a part of the thermotherapeutic applicator with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The thermotherapeutic device which treats the lesion of an organism by the electromagnetic waves radiated from the thermotherapeutic applicator used by being inserted into the vital celom is provided with the temperature sensors 7a and 7b for measuring the temperature of the organism heated by the electromagnetic waves radiated from the thermotherapeutic applicator 1 freely attachably and detachably to and from mounting grooves 9 pierced from the front end of the outer peripheral wall in the insertion portion of the thermotherapeutic applicator 1 to the operator side.
