PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a material obtained by bonding a decorative material to a woody core material such as plywood, particle board or the like is used in a bent processed member heretofore but, when the processed product of this kind is used in a member adapted to a water using area such as the top panel or the like of a washstand, a kitchen or the like, water penetrates into a joint or the bonded part with other part to swell or corrode the core material and anxiety has been left in long-term use and, in such a case that a hard decorative material is used, the decorative material is necessarily cracked, broken or depressed when an article falls on the surface of the decorative material. SOLUTION: In consideration of this problem, a thick decorative sheet obtained by laminating and molding a surface layer and a core layer, both of which comprise a resin material is used and a recessed part is provided in the decorative sheet at a proper place so as to leave the surface layer and, after the surface layer is heated if necessary to bend the decorative sheet, and an appropriate fixture is brought into contact with the bent part to inject a curable resin in the space, which is surrounded by the fixture and the surface layer, and the cured resin is integrated with the surface layer to obtain the bent processed product.
