PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniformity of filling, heating and fusion bonding of material beads in a molding cavity in integral molding of a front side member with a foamed member. SOLUTION: The front side member 4 is attached to a front side mold 2 side of a foam molding cavity 6, and a material bead filler 61 is arranged on a back surface side of another rear side mold 3. Further, a plurality of utility nozzles a21, a31, a41, b21, b31 and b41 are opened at their nozzle ports with the cavity 6 and disposed. The utility nozzles a21 to b41 are respectively connected to a utility supply unit (not shown in Fig.) capable of supplying one or more types of utilities such as exhaust gas, heated steam, pressurized air, vacuum, cooling water, drain or the like through piping systems a2, a3, a4, b2, b3 and b4 solely or by partitioning into a plurality of groups.
