PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To do back scraping and ink packing when solid printing without a printing pattern is done. SOLUTION: The ink is packed from the surface of a screen 85 by a printing squeegee 91, and the ink is packed from the back of the screen 85 while the excess ink on the back of the screen 85 is scraped off by a back-scraping squeegee 95. In addition, flooding is done by a scraper 93, and back scraping and ink packing are done by the back-scraping squeegee 95.
