PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column for treating inflammatory disease which can efficiently treat inflammatory diseases by selectively adsorbing a bacteria-derived toxin, such as the endotoxin, etc., and an inflammatory leukocyte directly from blood with high efficiency. SOLUTION: This column for treating inflammatory disease is filled up with an inflammatory agency adsorbent which can remove both the bacteria-derived toxin and inflammatory leukocyte. The adsorbent is composed of a water- insoluble polymer prepared by bonding N-substituted poly(alkylene imine) residues to side chains.
