PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a stem neck from a direct contact to an outer head in an artificial joint of a bipolar condyle type. SOLUTION: A coming-off preventing ring 6 is provided with mutually adjacent outer peripheral thin-thickness part 6a and inner peripheral thin-thickness part 6b which have the reduced thickness in the radial direction of an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral side respectively and are divided from each other. The tip portions of these parts 6a and 6b are overlapped in a peripheral direction.
