PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat radiation property of an abrasive drum using abrasive cloth/paper, and to enable resisting use for long hours. SOLUTION: A plurality of abrasive cloth/paper pieces 2 is superimposed one by one while shifting and joined to be a cylinder shape, thereby structuring an abrasive drum 1. When the abrasive drum rotates at a high speed, airflow is generated by differences in level of the abrasive cloth/paper pieces 2, and an outer peripheral surface of the abrasive drum is cooled by the airflow. The plural abrasive cloth/paper pieces 2 are made to wear out in turn from a tip end edge, thereby enabling good grinding for long hours. |
