SOLUTION: In the case of mounting the panel 10 on a panel frame 7 from an upper part or pulling off the panel 10 from the panel frame 7 to the upper part in the state of opening the panel frame 7 to a front frame 3 at about 90 deg., the expanded part 18 of a frame supporting body 5 projected to a front side more than the flat part 16 of the decorative member 13 secures a clearance between the front frame side end edge part of the panel 10 and the flat part 16.
