PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill fitting inspecting structure capable of correctly inspecting the fitted state of a windmill. SOLUTION: In this windmill fitting inspecting structure 32, an air gun 34 rotates the windmill 16, a CCD(charge coupled device) camera 36 detects the rotating state of the windmill 16, and a judging device 38 judges whether the fitted state of the windmill 16 is normal or abnormal based on the detected rotating state of the windmill 16, thereby the fitted state of the windmill 16 to a game board 12 is inspected. Since the air gun 34 rotates the windmill 16 with a prescribed rotating force, the windmill 16 is invariably rotated with the fixed rotating force. The CCD camera 36 automatically detects the rotating state of the windmill 16, and the judging device 38 automatically judges the fitted state of the windmill 16, thereby the fitted state of the windmill 16 can be correctly inspected.
