PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize electric discharge machining work with high reproducibility when the very same machining as previous machining is performed with the use of the same NC program as a previous one. SOLUTION: An NC device for electric discharge machining that is for machining a workpiece when an NC executing part 5 executes a machining command of an NC program for given machining on the workpiece comprises a storing means 1 for saving machining information, an input means 4 for inputting first input information 6 including setup information, a saving means 11 for saving the first input information 6 inputted by the input means 4 and second input information 7 including an NC program in the storing means 1, a selecting means 8 for selecting from the machining information in the storing means; 1, a discriminating means 9 for determining whether the machining information selected by the selecting means 8 is information to be displayed or information to be set in the NC executing part 5, a setting means 10 for, if the machining information discriminated by the discriminating means 9 is information to be set in the NC executing part 5, setting the information in the NC executing part 5, and a display means 12 for, if the machining information discriminated by the discriminating means 9 is information to be displayed, displaying the information.
